Friday Favorites: #1 Social Media Influencers

Welcome to Friday Favorites! I will be posting every Friday some of my simple favorites. This Friday I’m letting you know all about my favorite social media influencers.

Social media has a huge impact on your mental, spiritual and emotional health – even if you don’t recognize it. It’s very important to recognize what you are putting into your mind everyday via social media. I encourage you to unfollow anyone that causes you to feel badly about yourself or is encouraging you to make a change that you don’t need to (like six pack abs!).

Below are my favorite social media influencers that positively impact me on a daily basis!


Laura Schoenfeld, RDN


Laura helps overstressed, overtrained, and undernourished women get back to better physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. She is a Registered Dietitian and and is all about promoting healthy body image. She posts about her strength training workouts, blogs about hormonal health and creates new recipes to share!


Coconuts and Kettlebells


Noelle Tarr, NTP, NSCA-CPT, is a mom, personal trainer and blogger who promotes body positivity and revolutionizing the diet industry! I love her podcast, “Well Fed Women” along with Stefani Ruper (@paleoforwomen) where they discuss common questions from women with laughter and vulnerability.


Peanut Butter Fingers


Julie is a mom, trainer and full time blogger in North Carolina. She regularly posts great recipes – healthy and not so healthy. She also shares of her journey with her family – her husband and two adorable sons!


Lily Nichols, RDN, CDE


Lily is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in prenatal nutrition and gestational diabetes. She has a real food approach to eating healthy in pregnancy. Her new book, “Real Food for Pregnancy” is a great resource to all new mom’s or women trying to become pregnant and desiring to focus on a real food/paleo diet.



Madeline Moves 


Madeline Custer is a gym teacher, blogger and runs Tighter Together. Madelyn regularly posts strength and HIIT workout videos to share with others. I regularly check out Madelyn’s Instagram page for a new sweat sesh!
