
Dairy Free Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise, full fat (preferably made with avocado oil or expeller pressed canola oil)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (canned and full fat) or almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 T parsley, dried or fresh
- 1 T dill weed, dried or fresh
- 1 T dried chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper, fresh ground
- juice from 1/2 a lemon or 2 tsp apple cider vinegar (raw)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, either by whisking in a bowl or adding to a bullet or blender. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. It will be thin at first, but will thicken as it sits.
