Almond Flour Crust Pizza (Low carb, gluten/grain free)


This is a cheeseburger pizza: ground hamburger, tomato, spinach, onion, cheddar cheese, mustard (in the pizza sauce) and pickles!

Serving size: 1 large, 10-12″ pizza crust


  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1/4 t. Baking soda
  • 1 t. Garlic powder
  • 1 t. Italian seasoning (any other herb you may like)


For the crust

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place a sheet of parchment paper over a pizza pan and drizzle olive oil over the top.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until combined. Place dough on parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper or wax paper on top. Spread the dough out using the paper (a much easier method!)
  3. Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes.

For the toppings

  1. Once the crust is out of the oven, use whatever toppings you want. You can also brush olive oil on the outer edges of the crust to make them nice and crispy
    1. Optional variations:
      1. Bacon, pinneaple, chicken, onions, sausage, parmesan cheese
      2. Green onions, mushrooms, spinach, feta cheese, sausage, pepperoni
      3. Chicken, sausage, hot cherry peppers, pineapple, spinach, mozzarella cheese
  2. Turn up the oven to 450 degrees (or turn to broil) and cook the pizzas until the toppings and cheese are melted, about 5-10 minutes.
